This program is a collaborative effort between the school district; YES parent volunteers, and student parents. The program relies heavily on the parent community for support. It is expected that every cast and crew member have an adult who volunteers to participate in some activity in support of the play. Parents volunteer to coordinate the production, gather costumes and props, build sets, and provide transportation for the children and sets to the Playhouse, provide additional supervision at rehearsals and performances and more!

The program is dedicated to providing a fun and professional theatrical experience to the children of the Ross Valley School District. We do that by hiring professional directors who specialize in children's theater, talented musical directors and choreographers, according to the needs of each production. We arrange rehearsal space, set building space, theater performance space and a week of rehearsals at the theater.
